Pictures below...this is a vintage looking sculpture of a man, older man, playing the cello. It has AUSTIN in caps on the lower back/bottom of the sculpture. The man I bought it from didn't state how big this was and I assumed it was a small figurine. It's really pretty big, and pretty heavy. He did tell me that Austin statues were collectible so I thought I'd find out if it's worth anything before I give it to my 21 year old son as I'd planned to. I wanted a small figure playing the cello as I collect one for him every Christmas and this surprised me with the size of it. It looks to be older but in very good shape. The pictures don't show it's real size..it looks small here, on the edge of the table, but I assure you it's not small...

Re: Austin sculpture of man playing cello
I have this same statue. What is it worth?
