I don't think they date from 1692, they look like late 19th century cabinet plates. You'll have to get someone to physically examine them. What you can do though is test for porcelain, porcelain is translucent, hold the plate up to a bright light and light will make it appear to glow. If it's European porcelain it can't predate the early 1700's. Lovejoy

Possibly just a commemorative date, it's not uncommon for European plates to depict famous people, royalty etc. on the anniversary of their birth/death. The works of famous artists were popular decorative features on Continental porcelain throughout the 18th & 19th century. During the late 19th century there was also a fad for " China Decorating" as well, where hobbyists would hand paint blank porcelain plates. Because these pieces were not for commercial sale the artist often signed the plates any way they wanted to. There is only so much you can tell from images, you really need to have them checked out by an appraiser who can physically examine them. Lovejoy

I don't know that much more can be said about them I have not already covered. They don't look anything like pottery made in 1692, and similar porcelain plates were not made until very much later. Did you test them for porcelain as suggested? If it's value you are interested in , here's a link to similar plates sold at auction this past year.
