Unless a 20th Century magazine contains coverage of some historical event their value is minimal. This one however was the first issue of life in a new format. Some dealers list this issue from $50.00- $124.00 depending on its condition. That being said we've seen copies in good condition get 0 bids on Ebay when listed for $20.00.
Hi,
I am rusty with this, but I think there was a reprint. If the back cover is in color it should be the "real" one. Might want to double check this fact, but that's what I recall from memory. On Ebay I see prices from around 30-100 for "buy it now"/"make an offer". This does not mean it's worth more or less. It depends on a number of factors, such as condition. The way I searched on Ebay could also change the value. I avoided bidding which removes a lot. Some of the prices also could be for the reprint.
