The "IS" mark for international silver indicates this set made after 1900, but as far as I know the Garland pattern has been issued more than once, in 1914, 1965 and as Garland /Rapture in 1937. Values for such sets now are rather modest, at auction comparable sets often sell for under $250.00. Lovejoy
