I am not an expert appraiser, but bought a similar organ for $500 this past summer, with no stool included. It was in excellent shape appearance-wise, with one missing stop (second from left). The research I did then looked like prices might range considerably--to as high as $800. I imagine it depends on the location of the current owner and the potential buyer, since I would imagine anyone buying one is not necessarily an excellent musician (better sound with less effort can be found elsewhere).
