Antique Crock

By Antique Hunter3, 6 January, 2010
Description

I do not think this is marked other than the decorations, they are cobalt blue with the #6, the decorations cover the front of the crock and goes around one side at the bottom. The dark brown glaze is on the inside it is a flat glaze. The grayish color on the outside does show some yellow under glaze not a lot.It has the handles molded onto the crock. It is 12 3/8 " across the top 13 3/8" tall. I know nothing about the maker or the value of this very decorative crock.

Re: Antique Crock

Would sell at auction around here for about $60-75. Red Wing is the most popular brand, don't know about other brands, tho.
