First time I've seen it, these are nearly always reproductions, they are patterned after Windsor/Boston rockers made during the turn of the 18th century to early 19th century. If it is a repro , they generally sell for under $200.00 at auction.

Thanks for the info. We have one just like this in our family but we dont know anything about it!!
