Re: unaversity of vermont milk bottle

I was offered a UVM Milk Bottle in 1995 by an antique dealer in Waterbury, VT.  She wanted to know what I was willing to pay and I told her that I would pay anything within reason she wanted.  She quoted me $ 18.00 and I wrote her a check for $ 18.00 and she delivered it to my office the next day.  I was later told by an independent antique dealer in Waterbury that the Amber UVM Milk Bottles are very rare and that my bottle was worth $ 330. at that time in 1995!  The following spring, she came by my office again, (my tenant prepared income taxes) and told me, "You know what you did to me.... "  She was very angry that she quoted me the $ 18.00 price and accepted the money.
