Description On the back of the painting, 149W has been written.. there is a small chunk of the frame damaged on the front (lower right hand corner). Painting is of beautiful scenery, not sure of where.. people tell me it looks like London. I just know I fell in love with it.

Oil paintings are really impossible to appraise from images, the vast majority of it we see is Decorator Art that sold at department stores back in the 60's and Starving Artists sales during the 70's. You really need to have oils physically appraised.
