From what I found out searching I believe it is a Lane Acclaim coffee table, Danish Modern Dovetail. I have found other tables with the same design but none that are square like this one.

I have this exact same coffee table as well as matching end tables and a round version of the coffee table. I've picked these pieces up at yard sales and second hand stores in 3 different states. I love the design! Haven't been able to find out anything about the age of the pieces. Have you?

I belive you reverse the Serial # for the manufacture date. however this would mean many with the same date? I have a boomerang table that was made in 1960. I think yours would read 06/09/1962.
