Heritage Furniture

By ronsnon, 31 May, 2010
Description

I called Drexel Heritage who sent me 3 pages of the history of the tables which were made by Heritage before the company was sold to Drexel Herotage in the early 70's. It tells how the Modavanti collection is based on Italian, French and Spanish architecture. Tels about the cherry wood being the main wood with the clear soft fruitwood tones. Hardware is brass is also in the history. When you look at the pictures it appears to look as if the table has 2 drawers. It is one large draw on each table. I do not have a picture of the coctail table. It has one long drawer with the same design as the end tables. If you could let me know as soon as possible I would appreciate it. I will be having an estate sa,e this coming weekend.

Re: Heritage Furniture

Values for these side tables in a mix of styles tends to be modest compared to examples in the American Colonial or Federal styles. Comparable tables to yours at auction often sell for under $75.00
