 This a beautiful antique looks to me like a serving plate cause of the handles. All around the center spot is 6 different scenes. Back round work is flowers leaves,  Each scene has a different back round, 1st one is 3 old gentleman in looks to be a pub at a table 2nd one is in the town square with 4 more scenes to go.
