STERLING SILVER SPOON ,IVE DONE SOME RESEARCH AND IVE FOUND OUT THAT THE HALMARKS MEAN ITS STERLING SILVER MADE IN ENGLAND AROUND 1784,WHEN KING GEORGE 3RD WAS KING,BUT I JUST CANT FIND OUT WHO MADE IT,THE INITIALS ARE   G.S. BUT I CAN FIND WHO THAT IS.OR WHAT THIS SPOON IS WORTH.

A nice find, the spoon was made in London in 1786, Possibly by "George Smith", whose stamp was "GS". At the very least it's scrap value would be about $20.00 at the current rate for silver. Here's a link for george Smith spoons at auction for you:
