Japanese ceramic shoe

Description

Bright blue enamel? with red, pink and yellow flowers with silver trim. The front of the shoe has a red bead in center with a silver dragon on one side and an eagle? on the other side. A butterfly is at the top. On the back is a peacock? Stamped inside of shoe and an impression stamp on the bottom of the shoe.

It's actually Chinese, the seal mark inside is a" Reign mark " for the Qianlong period (1736-95), but these are notoriously fraudulent . Such marks can be found on pieces made within the last 20 years. The mark stamped on the silver bottom is the key, if it was ledgible it would be possible to put an accurate date on it.
