Values for old Uprights are very modest, generally under $500.00. The reason being that any piano over fifty years old will require a complete rebuild, eg new hammers, strings etc...., which often exceed the value of the cost of a comparable piano in very good working condition.

According to the information on this site http://www.antiquepianoshop.com/identify-instrument/, it looks like it is around the 1870's.

Their web site says..

Today's value for an upright piano circa 1860-1880 would be:

$400 - $800 in poor condition
$1,000 - $4,000 in average to good condition
$13,000 - $20,000 totally restored to factory new condition
