Windsor Art Product - Framed Larry "Vincent" Garrison Print/Painting (?) "Reclining Nude" Signed (?)

By MKarr22, 10 March, 2011
Description

I know very little about this picture or the artist,  "Vincent" (Larry Vincent garrison).  I know very little about "art" and "paintings & prints" in general. I dont know if this is a signed original or reproduction (is this real?) Also, is this a painting or a print? The inside of glass against the picture has some, what appears to be, mold starting in the lower left corner of the picture (can this be cleaned without damaging the picture/print ?) The frame appears to be the original Illinois Moulding Co. mounting frame from Windsor Art Products. The frame was originally  gold in color(see pics) but has been repainted over - maybe twice.  The label on the back gives an IBM # 68514 01 287 (what is this # ?) and also the Title of the picture "Reclining Nude".

Any information about this artist and this particular print/painting would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,  Matty
