This is an Upjohn vintage Doctor's bag by Upjohn circa 1940's.   These were given to graduating medical students by the Upjohn pharmaceutical company.   Embossed leather shows wear ( see pics ).  Clasp clips tightly and feet are still attached firmly.  Handles are secure and hindges work well.
