Re: Vintage Gold Hallmark Pocket Watch
I really think you should change the name of your website. I've done quite a bit of exploring and have not come up with a single appraisel yet. I don't mean to be critical, maybe I'am not looking in the right place, maybe it's just not user friendly? Can you help me?
Re: Vintage Gold Hallmark Pocket Watch
Hi Susan,
Apprailsals are done throughout the day/night and commented on by the public. You can see them by viewing the "Recent Comments" list on the right - click on the "more" link to see as many as you wish. Remember that Instappraisal is 100% community-driven and is what's known as crowdsourced - meaning that the community creates the content (appraisal requests and appraisal responses). While we do have some Instappraisal expert appraisers on staff it is up to the community to comment on other people's appraisal requests and share any knowledge they may have. You can do the same by helping answer someone else's questions too. What goes around comes around. Hope this information helps.
Sincerely,
Joseph

Re: Vintage Gold Hallmark Pocket Watch
Iknow some appraisals and replies are provided, I pop in here everyday and do four or five. There are a number of ways to view completed appraisals, you could use the search box at the top of the page. For example a search, "Desk" will bring up any appraisal requests for desks posted, and replies to them. Searching under my name "Lovejoy" along with any item , EG. "Desk, Lovejoy" will bring up any desk I've commented on in the last couple of years.
For more recent appraisals click the links in the right sidebar under "Recent comments", any appraisals will be listed beneath the original appraisal request. Completed appraisals and appraisal requests only remain in the right sidebar for about a day, as new appraisal requests go to the top of the list, the older ones move off the first page to page 2-3-4-5-6 within a week.
