Re: Pacific Silver Lining

Hi there,

It looks like you have a few odd pieces in there of another pattern, I would look those up and sell them separately.

It looks like your main pattern is JOHN & PRISCILLA (STRL, 1940, MONOS) by WESTMORLAND SILVER, Sterling [WSSJOP1] Pattern #: 1940

Unfortunately it seems the monogrammed pieces don't fetch as good a price. Here's a link to replacements.com where there are non-monogrammed pieces for sale:

http://www.replacements.com/webquote/WSSJOP.htm

Note that this is not usually the price you will get for things. I saw my silver set on Replacements for $3500 but Ebay was selling for about 1/2 that.

Re: Pacific Silver Lining

Is it actaullt Sterling silver? if it is Sterling each piece will be marked " Sterling" or have the number "925", the numerical equivilent ( Sterling is 925/1000ths pure silver.) If it does not have a Sterling marking it's silverplated.
