Victorian "parlor"(?) table

Description

 Cross-sawn oak, Victorian, round-top parlor table diameter 30”

decorative metal apron ring with wooden balls just below top;

Lower matching round inner table 18”” diameter with no apron.

Circa 1890 ; “spool” type legs and tiny, white, glass wheels

Re: Victorian "parlor"(?) table

Your table is a late 19th Century piece, often referred to as a " Hunzinger Type", after a American furniture maker named Hunzinger who was famous using spiral twist and bobbin turnings on his furniture. Currently examples in need of a little "TLC" sell for about $350.00.
