Description

Wood and metal desk.  Manufacturer's metal ensignia intricately woven into legs.  As indicated in pictures, desk has raised section on top. Sides of this raised portion also bear metal manufacturer's ensignia.  Top of desk can be opened to store book, papers, etc.

Values for these old cast iron school desls tend to be quite modest, even for unusual examples like yours. The last one I saw comparable to yours sold for $150.00  at auction last year
