Could someone tell what these are?

By roberta byrnes, 14 July, 2011

We found these when we were cleaning out my husbands grandmother's house.  We had never seen them before and wonder what they are and if they have any value.

Re: Could someone tell what these are?

They are relatively modern examples of Italian majolica, a form of tin glazed earthenware pottery.  Most pieces like this post date World War two, and similar examples are still in production.
