Values for glass ware of this type is currently very modest, even if it was made by well known makers such as Waterford. This is mainly due to the huge amount of it currently availabe for sale and estate clearances of the World War Two generation. Unmarked pieces often sell for less than $30.00 at auction.

In the current market there's very little demand for crystal, the value I provided is what similar pieces in crystal go for at auction these days.
