I am trying to find out who made this centerpiece and the time frame...
From the look of it I'd say
From the look of it I'd say it dates from the 1920's, as for a maker, impossible to tell. If the fruit are ceramic there might be a maker's mark on the underside, you might have to take it apart to see it.
