Apollo Silver Company candlesticks

By egbrock, 9 January, 2012
Description

Apollo Silver Company candlesticks. The Apollo Silver company mark is on the bottom along with #271. I had them in a kitchen cabinet until recently then pulled them down & polished them. I dont really know anything about them but would like to find out more. I've found a few things on the internet about Apollo Silver Company but couldn't find much. I've never had anything appraised before so I'm probably not looking in the right places. Any help about the history and value of these would be great. I tried to get a picture of the apollo stamp on the bottom but none of the pictures turned out great. I'll post one anyway.

Re: Apollo Silver Company candlesticks

I was sure i already looked at these, but can't find my response anywhere. based on the images and marks the probably date from the first quarter of the 20th century. Not much value though, silverplated candlesticks like this often sell at auction for under $40.00
