antique cherub slag glass lamp

i know nothing of this lamp i have searched evrything on the internet there is a mark on the bottom S.N 318 it is approx. 24 inches tall there is a caramel/ brown tulip shaped stained glass shade there is a marble base underneath the cherub it is gold in color i am not sure of the type of metal could be potted . i would like to know approx. year and where it was made and who made it thank you
