This is what's called a " Spinet Desk", after it's resemblance to Spinet Pianos made during the 1840's. Most desks like this one date from the 1920's onward and sell in the $300.00- $500.00 range, but some are actually conversions of spinet pianos into desks. One would have to physically examine the desk to tell for sure.
