History
We inherited this wonderful piece of furniture and other antique items from my fiancé's father whom told us this was hand made for his mother in the 1940's (not sure). Looking to try and sell it right because unfortunately we done have space for it but want a good home for it. If you have any information to help me figure out a price range, it would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
Based on the images this vanity dresser is in the American Estalke style and dates from about 1885-95. Furniture of this style was very hot until the craze for Victorian furniture died in the 1990's, values have declined for it ever since. We now see comparable vanity dressers to this sell at auction for under $200.00.
