This dining set includes a china cabinet, server, dining table with two 3 legged pedestals w/ brass feet, 6 sheild back chairs (1 captain's). Table has 3 12" leaves. The entire set is mahogany...dovetail construction. The China cabinet has 2 shelves, single door with a pane on each side. The lower part is a curved front with 3 drawers in the center and curved doors on either side with a shelf inside. The server is also a curved front and has 4 large drawers in the center and smaller drawers on either side with curved doors below with a shelf.

my set is from 1951 ---very similar--curved center glass china door though.

Sets like this one are in the "Federal Style" and were made in very large numbers, just about every furniture maker produced lines like this from the 1920's onward. Values for them are a lot less than one would think, at auction we often see entire suites go for less than $1500.00
