Hello, I just found this at an estate I cleaned out, wondered if you could tell me anymore about it, it is marked .925 Update:  I now that it's english and sold by Burroughs Wellcome Co. I know know it was made by the Silversmiths Corke Brother & Co. I went back to the house that I bought this from and found the syringe that goes with the kit, also marked Burroughs Wellcome Co.
