Description

2 ships tied to rocky shores, lighthouse, water, seagulls w lil isle. Tan, creme and browns. 3 dimensional looking, due to lindstrom's style of overlapping paints to form a raised form.

signed, del red, lower right corner R.Lindstrom. Back of canvas is mrkd.w #"knollwood" 5 ( circled), #11-029-2. Frame has stamp and M65 F218, in pencil 218 & 26 inner frame has 8x10 stamped on it.

Excellent
Size and dimensions of this item
8 1/8"x 10 1/8"-(canvas), inner frame 8x10", outer frame 13 5/8"x 15 5/8".
Date Period
Pre1943, if orig. (Lindstrom's death.)
History
Have owned this @ ten yrs.or more..used to deal w antiques a bit, as hobby n really don't recall where I acquired this.
