Help me Identify this item

Description

I would just like to know the details about this item..

any information will help.. where it came from its origon date and period.. what relating items can it be catigorized into... the story behind it.. etc..

there is 8 diamonds all of different shap and seize only one stone is missing and one other stone appears 2 be standard shape. which may have been replaced the remaining stones are all smaller or larger than eachother and all the stone are roughly cut as well none of them have been cut the same.

Items with precious metals and stones really require a physical appraisal so the stones can be pysically examined and the purity of the metal tested. There is no way to really determine what you have without doing this.
