English Silver or Silver plate oil lamp?

Hi just found this little English oil lamp, about 2 1/2" across, it have marks on bottom but do not know if it's plate or sterling, any help would be great.

It appears to be silver plate, but marked with psuedo hallmarks that make it appear to be sterling silver, here is a link for you:
