Medium Wood. 2 pieces that attach at the neck. Wiggles at that point slightly.
Condition Fair
Size and dimensions of this item Apprx 10" long x 7" high at the tail, 3" at the nose.
Weight 2 - 3 pounds....most of the weight is the base.
History unknown

It's a radiator cap from a rolls royce. I've seen a few over the past couple years at auction, both in near mint condition, that sold for $200-300. This one is very worn but still a great piece. The same design "spirit of the wind?" was done by a famous artist in glass/crystal and those versions command tens of thousands.

It's a hood ornament, off of what i have no idea. values for them depend a great deal on condition, the make and model of car they were mounted and rarity. we'd retail this one for about 150 dollars.
