I have a windsor art IBM Number (G 2292 670 Painting/ Garden 66 4252....Is there any value to this painting...It is in a frame that is in perfect condition and it has never been removed.
Is this a print or painting and does it have value?

This is a print of Pierre-Auguste Renoir's painting of "Monet painting in his Garden in Argenteuil",
It only has decorative value.
