Bullfighting promotional display (cannot tell if authentic or reproduction)

Bought this a few years ago, and from what I can gather it is potentially a promotional poster or wall hanging used to promote a bull fighting event in Madrid in 1966. I know nothing else about this and will let the pictures do the talking.

It seems to have slight water damage but has alot of character. Just interested in knowing what I have and what it is worth. Would also like to know if I should possibly frame it to protect it from the elements or anything like that.
