A 7 inch silver ladle. It weighs 2.4 ounces. It has an improvement on the bottom. It is stamped with Rogers with an anchor in the front of Rogers and behind followed with an A A.

Your ladle is silverplated, it's value depends a lot on the condition of the plating, but most ladles of this type sell for less than $30.00.
