A small cameo made of some sort of stone. Has a hole on the back possibly was on a setting. I have had for forty+ years. Don't know where it came from. Size smaller than a 10 pence piece (,sterling)

Most cameos have gold or silver mounts, which would have been marked and of some help determining a vintage and origin. Without the mount you'd really need an expert to determine what you have.
