Drexel Heritage?? China Cabinet and Buffet Cart??

By snoopylvr77, 30 May, 2013
Description

These pieces of furniture was given to me by a friend who is in the miltary and was stationed over seas and couldn't take with her. Beautiful pieces of furniture I tried to compare it with some pics of china cabniets online the closest pic I found to was Drexel Hertiage manufacturer?? I have looked everywhere on the chinia cabniet and Buffet cart but can not locate manufacture. I need to sell both the cabniet and buffet cart   b/c I have no room for it but can not locate the manufacture to value the furniture. I do know that it was passed down to my friend from her grandmother who is from Italy so not sure if the furniture is from Italy or not. So I plan on selling both pcs as a set. So if someone could let me know any info on theses pcs of furniture I would be grateful even a value as a set or seperate and what would be better value to sell as set or seperate

Thank You

Janice

Re: Drexel Heritage?? China Cabinet and Buffet Cart??

From the look of it it's late 1960's to mid 1970's furniture, and not currently considered very stylish, Most manufacturers made similar sets to this during that period, and  it survives in great numbers. Whole sets of furniture of this type now sells at auction for less than $800.00 in most cases.
