My friend gave me this beautiful picture and want to get more information on the artist if possible. the water color is of Berlin back in the 50's i gather from the cars in the picture. I can't make of the information written on the bottom. I hope someone who may be familiar with berlin or recongize the artist would share some insight for me.

You really need to have pieces like watercolors physically examined by a qualified Fine Arts Appraiser. without a recognizable signature there is really not much to go on.
