This is a low cost Decorator print of a type sold in department  stores, what you pais is about  what thery go for at yard sales, most go for less thna $35.00.

Thank you so very much for your help....I think we've all heard of that painting  bought at a yard sale and was worth millions!  I just wanted to be sure...off to the yard sale it goes...lol
