Tiffany bowl? with "Old English" style "M" makers mark

Description

This is a sterling silver piece that we uncovered at an estate sale. I'm hoping someone could tell me something about it. It has a strawberry vine pattern wrapped around silver loops.  It may be some kind of centerpiece or epergne, but I haven't been able to locate the piece anywhere.  Based on the mark, I'm guessing it's from the mid-late 1800's, but again, I really am not sure. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Says "Tiffany & Co" above the word "Sterling" on the rim. Also has the Old English "M" in between the pattern number & order number.

Very nice piece, from what i can see of the mark it looks like it was made between 1854 and 1869, made by J.C. Moore & Son, it had a glass insert in the top bowl, probably for punch. You really need to have this one physically appraised by a Tiffany specialist, as punch bowls often go in the high four figures.
