This is Jim Beam's "Short Timer" bottle, the term for those with less than a year on their deployment during the Vietnam War.  Produced by the Regal China Company.  You don't mention if it's empty or not, but empty bottles have been selling for $30-40 at auction.

We find these are very hard to sell these days, the craze for decanters ended back in the 1990's, we often see them go for less than $35.00.
