I have this ceramic Frank Sinatra hat that I got at an Estate Sale. It came with COA that states it's only 1 of 100 made and it bears his signature as well.  Do you know anything about these? I have pics I can send as well.

It is a collectible made by a manufacturing company and the story with the appraisal may or may not be true. Regardless, it is not actually signed by Sinatra and I don't see any reason that it would be valuable. It is not a well known piece and anyone could reproduce it with little effort and cost. These are my thoughts, but if you put it in an open auction I don't see it bringing any more than the $100 you paid, and potentially much less. There is nothing about it that makes me think it has value.
