I have the SAME EXACT candlesticks.  I had them appraised a few years ago (may be incorrect...) but I was told they are silver plate and from Holland.  They belonged to my great-grandparents, and we believe the purchased them in the late 1800's.

I don't know what they are worth.  Mine are in "good, slightly worn" condition.  But they are exactly the same as yours.

These are silverplated, probably Britannia metal, a pewter like alloy. There is very little demand for silver plate at present, the market is saturated with it due to people downsizing and selling off family pieces like this, they often go for less than $20.00.
