After the development of electroplating with silver in 1846, Britannia metal was widely used as the base metal for silver plated household goods and cutlery.[5] The abbreviationEPBM on such items denotes "electroplated Britannia metal". Britannia metal was generally used as a cheaper alternative to electroplated nickel silver (EPNS) which is more durable...Lee & Wigfull ( Henry Wigfull ) 1893-1937 knowing the date stamp on your creammer of 1905, HW stamp matches  yours.  rathfern road LLC school 1905  Now if you can find a person from that school that wants it.. coould be more..The $30.00 asking price is fair.. But resale might be hard to turn a profit..maybe $50.00 to $60.00 ..Good Luck... "Note" I'm not a pro. I just love looking up stuff...
