Re: Blue Delft Vase

Delft Blue is the famous earthenware that has been produced in the city of Delft since the 17th century. Delftware potters preferred to call their earthenware porcelain, Delft Blue was not made from the typical porcelain clay, but from clay that was coated with a tin glaze after it was fired. At its peak, there were 33 factories in Delft. Of all of these factories, the only one remaining today is Royal Delft. It's worth anywhere from $30-$60.

Re: Blue Delft Vase

The Regina pottery factory, "Kunstaardewerkfabriek Regina", existed from 1898 to 1979. Located in Gouda, Regina began the production of art pottery in 1917. We see comparable Regina delft vases selling for less than $50.00 at auction.
