By Malodave, 28 August, 2011
Description

PSA/DNA # has changes from taking these photos. They said there was only 25 signatures on the certificate. These photos where taken to prove there were 27. They also state that the Managers signature was a stamp. I haven't located it or claim it to be on there, but they say it is.

The Last two of these baseballs up for Auction went for $2100 & $2600

Great baseball.  How did you obtain it?  I love the stories behind the collectibles

Re: Signed Baseball 1954 NY Giants 27 Signatures

I actually got it in a local storage auction. I also found a 5 x 7 B&W photo of Babe Ruth with Dizzy and Daffy Dean taken in May of 1935.  Babe Ruth was playing with the Boston Braves and the Dean brothers were with the St Louis Cardinals. In June Babe Ruth totally retired from Baseball with a leg injury.

Re: Signed Baseball 1954 NY Giants 27 Signatures

The 1954 New York Giants season was a season in Major League Baseball. The Giants won the National Leaguepennant with a record of 97 wins and 57 losses and then defeated the Cleveland Indians in the World Series.

Little confused about what question you would like answered?. so I give you a little history and end with "You have a nice ball".
