It's impossible to tell what they are made of from images, in recent years mounted fans like this in a ivory resin and plastic have been sold as decorator pieces. At auction they go anywhere from $25.00-$250.00.
I think your's is on the low end of worth. The better fans would never leave all the cutting fuzzys in-side the cuts... look at your close up. not the high end cuts. some of these are called wedding fans.. some are plastic.ox bone.bamboo.ivory.Resin.. with the fuzzys I see I am thinking resin
good luck., what you have going for you.. They are already framed.. 1800's? I don't think its that old.
