It is in fact a statue of Parvati. Price would depend on how old it actually is. Are there any marks on the underside? There may be a makers mark that you can isolate that could tell you the age. If it has a solid botton then it may also be a newer piece. Old pieces were earth cast and would often have an ovoid indention where the molten metal settled, but a stamp may have been carved before complete solidification. Even if it is not an older piece a god statuary piece such as this will sell at variable prices depending on the area in which you live and to whom you are selling. For example a person who wishes to have this for home decor will pay more than someone for religious reasons. For statues in bronze measuring around 2ft tall you can reasonably ask 200.00.
